Illiteracy, Ignorance, superstition is major hindrances in any significant development process. The rural India continues to struggle within these false notions. When there is abundance of resources why a section of the society struggle for existence? Where children and women face the consequences of apathy of social, economic, cultural, political processes. The brutalizing effects are seen in the lives of children and women.  DEEP the lamp is lighted to bring hope to the marginalized section of the society. So that communities can realize their rights and aspire for a new society. DEEP is nothing but a calling for the civil society to participate in the process.
